We did not encounter a single negative staff member for the 4 days we stayed here-everyone was fantastic. There are cool little areas and plaques throughout that provide some very interesting history to the facility. Another cool thing about the hotel is that it used to be a Federal Reserve building. We especially enjoyed the views from the 8th floor open patio. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was also really nice and relaxing. And honestly, we did too! It saved us a ton of money on having to eat dinner out each evening.

They loved going down to this each night. The daily breakfast buffet was quite good and while we have seen breakfast offered often, we've never seen complementary dinner offered at a hotel before. There was always staff available and they were working hard to maintain all of the areas and keep things stocked and tidy. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues with our room or the facility. My entire family truly enjoyed this trip and the hotel and staff were a big reason for that.

The staff was incredibly helpful and everyone we encountered was just so genuinely friendly. 'I cannot say enough positive about this hotel.
