They do require you obtain a gaming license in all positions, they do a very detailed background check including your credit for cash handling positions. Lots of perks including discounts to events, discounts at local restaurants, and also company events including free luncheons and merchandise with the casino’s logos. They offer many positions and everything is incorporated as a team environment, lots of paid training and annual events. Comparing to other casinos and the pay they give their workers I feel this casino would at least give a higher pay seeming tho it’s one of the biggest casinos existing. They do a lot to keep the building clean and look very presentable for the guests and they get treated like scum by customers and other departments that look down on housekeepers. Also don’t let me get started on the pay! I feel some departments are underpaid especially the housekeepers. He say she say gossip which I never liked. (Even if you’ve been in the vicinity of your work space for 20 min before clock in time and it slips your mind that you forgot to clock in 1 min after, You’ve got a point. They have a strict point system so if your 1 min late after you’re suppose to clock in. I understand it’s a job but the job doesn’t have to make you feel like you can’t be human. Which is fine but they lack human empathy. You could be on your death bed and they won’t care to be concerned at all. Some feel like they are on a high pedestal and look down on workers.

Not speaking for all but some are a real pain. Makes time fly by on busy nights which is always good.
